I received a B.S. in Biology from Illinois State and a M.S. in Environmental Sciences
from U.W. Green Bay. I’ve been employed as a soil conservationist and water quality
specialist for the past 17 years.

My primary photographic interest is nature photography, both landscape and macro. I
also enjoy travel photography when I’m on a bike trip and of the historic buildings in
Bishop Hill.

My interests, besides photography, include folk music and bicycle touring. Some of my
tours include; San Antonio, TX to Tucson, AZ, a three month trip through the British
Isles, Norway, Finland and Sweden, two more trips around Sweden, and a three week trip
around Iceland.
